As the coronavirus is spreading trough Europe a lot of questions arise about the delivery and returns of our products. At this point, we have NO delivery or production issues. All our orders can be produced and delivered in most European countries. If your country, city or surroundings goes in lockdown, your local shipping company will stop deliveries.
How do I know my order has been processed correctly?
After placing your order, your are redirected to the order confirmation screen. In this screen we confirm your order
and you receive an order number. We also send you an e-mail with an order confirmation and the invoice. You can also
view the status of your order real-time in your personal account. Still have questions

My bank transfer has been credited to my account. Why?
If you pay your order via bank transfer, please use the exact payment details we send in the e-mail. If you do not
use the exact description as mentioned in your payment, Mollie cannot
process your payment and the funds will be credited to your bank account.
As soon as we have received your payment, we will notify you by e-mail.
How long will it take for my payment to be processed?
All payments are processed immediately, with one exception. If you choose to pay by bank transfer the processing of
your payment can take up to 3 business days. As soon as we have received your bank transfer, we will immediately let
you know by e-mail.
How secure is paying on Automanuals.eu
We do not process your payment. Mollie is our preferred
payment partner, and completely PCI DSS compliant. This means they have to comply by the highest European and
International standards in processing payments. So none of your payments data is stored on our servers.

is possible that in some cases we can not provide a Track & Trace code, eg. when your package fits through your
mailbox and can be sent as a letter.

As soon as your order is received and paid our warehouse starts working on shipping your order as soon as possible.
For this reason it's not always possible to cancel your order. Please contact our customer service to see if

When will the payment of my return be refunded?
As soon as we receive your returned products, we will process the return payment. You can expect the payment to be
in your bank account within 3 business days. If you have paid by credit card, the payment can take up to 20 days to
