  • How do I know my order has been processed correctly? After placing you order, you are redirected to the order confirmation screen. In this screen we confirm your order and you receive an order number. We also send you an e-mail with an order confirmation and the invoice. You can also view the status of your order real-time in your personal account. Still have questions about the status of your order? Please do not hesitate to contact us. Our customer service is happy to help!
  • I've already placed my order, but I forgot something. What should I do? As soon as an order is placed and you received your order number, the order cannot be altered anymore. We recommend that you place a second order with the products you forgot.

Payment

  • How can I pay my order? We support numerous payment types, such as iDEAL, creditcard, bank transfer, BanContact, DIRECTebanking & SofortBanking and Belfius Direct Net.
  • Why do I have to transfer my payment to Mollie? Yes, this is correct. Mollie handles all our payments, including bank transfers.
  • My bank transfer has been credited to my account. Why? If you pay your order via bank transfer, please use the exact payment details we send in the e-mail. If you do not use the exact description as mentioned in your payment, Mollie cannot process your payment and the funds will be credited to your bank account.

    As soon as we have received your payment, we will notify you by e-mail.
  • How long will it take for my payment to be processed? All payments are processed immediately, with one exception. If you choose to pay by bank transfer the processing of you payment can take up to 3 business days. As soon as we have received your bank transfer, we will immediately let you know by e-mail.
  • How secure is paying on Automanuals.eu We actually do not process your payment. Mollie is our preferred payment partner, and completely PCI DSS compliant. This means they have to comply by the highest European and International standards in processing payments. So none of your payments data is actually stored on our servers. Communications between Mollie and Automanuals.eu is handled over an secure SSL connection.

    Also, we at Automanuals.eu will never ask you for sensitive information such as credit card number, pin codes, CVC codes or passwords.

Shipping and delivery

  • What are the shipping costs on Automanuals.eu All prices on our website include VAT and shipping within The Netherlands. Outside The Netherlands we charge the following shipping fees:


    Belgium: €3.95
    Rest of the EU: €8.95
    Rest of the world: €16.95
  • How long does it take until my order is dispatched? It takes 2-3 business days to dispatch your order. In the order confirmation you receive by e-mail after finishing your order you can find the expecting shipping date of your products.

    It may take up to 5-10 days to receive your order, depending on the country of delivery.
    If your order is delayed, we will always let you know by e-mail!
  • How can I track my order? When you have finished and payed your order, you can track the real-time order status in your account.

    As soon as we have shipped out your products, you receive an Track & Trace code by e-mail. It is possible that in some cases we can not provide a Track & Trace code, eg. when your package fits through your mailbox and can be send as a letter.

Cancelling and returning

  • I would like to cancel my order As soon as your order is received and payed our warehouse starts working on shipping your order as soon as possible. For this reason it's not always possible to cancel your order.
    Please contact our customer service to see if cancelling your order is still possible.
  • I'd like to return my order You can always return your order within 14 days after receiving your products, no questions asked.

    To return your order, please apply for return in your account. Click on the Return order button in your account and follow the instruction.

    Please be sure that the product is in mint condition before returning. Products with obvious wear and tear after usage can not be returned.

  • When will the payment of my return be refunded? As soon as we receive your returned products, we will process the return payment. You can expect the payment to be in your bank account within 3 business days. If you have payed by credit card, the payment can take up to 20 days to be visible.
